Location close to the public beach and city center

the hotel staff was not always polite, sometimes intrusive

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was good value and had a little kitchenette. Wifi was fast.

Different quotations given by staff to (1) rent lockers at reception and (2) the air-conditioner

Apartment was spacious, clean, in a good location for access to local amenities and staff were helpful.

Our room was subject to roadworks late into the night (10.00 pm) and early in the morning (6.30 am), however, the hotel had no control over this. We did ask for a quiet room and were placed at the back of the hotel, well away from swimming pool and restaurant, which would have been quiet if it had not been for roadworks to road at rear of the hotel.

Friendly staff, very helpful and nice and smiling, good location, close to beach and citycenter, not expensive, great swimmingpool surrounded by hotel buildings, so there is not traffic noise.

Towels and bed sheets are not really white, but grey from washing. Some covers in bed are very old and sleazy. We booked studio but the room had such sloping ceiling that it was impossible to use for tall people. Fortunately we had no problem changing to an appartment, but of course it was more expensive

I liked the self catering breakfast and eating out at local restaurants which was very reasonable prices although breakfast and meals were available at low prices at the hotel. The staff were friendly and the receptionist was a really lovely and friendly guy greeting me in my Christian name everytime. The swimming pool is great and the sunny weather means its a great place to get a tan. Close to the beach and sea as well as all tourist and shops and supermarkets. Cleaning staff came in every day to tidy and wash up for me.

I would have to be really petty to think of anything.

It's perfect for a night's sleep and a hot shower in the morning! It's close to the center of the town - 5 mins walking distance and from there take a taxi, boat, bus, walk or whatever you like to anywhere around there...

We were very positively surprised by the high standard of housekeeping, and the efficiency in this budget hotel. Mainly British guests, and the waiters gave great effort to entertain them, every night. Location was very good: near the centre, though quiet as well. Will go there again, when in Marmaris!

The small pool, with the large, unattended slide in it, is dangerous, I think.

Great price for the 2 rooms we rented. Great breakfast. Nice staff.

The fact that all the rooms had air conditioned, but it only worked for a fee of 40€, witch is a lot considering the fact that one the price of a room for 3 was less than that.

Friendly service, clean room, polite staff, close walk to beach and old town, plenty of stores near by.

The hotel ın general was fıne, ınternet access was expensıve but attaınable around the corner for 1 fıth the prıce. Food was very Englısh orıented not authentıc Turkısh but a trıp to the old town and ask about and you can fınd authentıc Turkısh food. Aır condıtıonıng ın rooms ıs an extra whıch was a bıt steep ın prıce.

It was a horrible experience. The owner refused to take credit card. Told him Booked.net says that you accept credit cards. He said machine was broken. Told him that I can pay next day in the morning before leaving as he already had my credit card information through you. He refused. Cheap hotel, very hard to find, would not give soap bars or air conditioning till we paid extra for it

Poor attitude by reception, very difficult to find, avoid at all costs

Rosy apart is a very nice hotel it is 5 minutes walk away from the beach and the and the shopping area.

It was clean, working shower, big balcony. It was nothing sensational, just a basic hotel with all the essentials. Room was big.

Rosy Apartment is about a 10-15 minute walk to the main area. Had no dedicated parking, but we managed to find a spot right outside. The cordial for breakfast was awful. Lots of stairs to climb (although someone can help you to carry your bag). Internet expensive.

the location of the hotel is near the city center, it is very easy to find transportation and explore the city.

the studios are located on the roof, we feeled very hot, you have to pay for the air conditioning. the ceiling is low, you have to mind your head every time you need to move inside the room.
